Notice of Annual General Meeting of Newport Baseball Club Inc. – Thursday 27th June 2019
All members from juniors, junior parents right through to our respected life members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Newport Baseball Club Inc. to be held at the clubrooms on
Thursday 27th June 2019 at 7:30pm. All Committee of Management positions will be declared vacant and elections will be held for a new Committee for the next 12 months.
Anyone wishing to nominate or be nominated for a committee position for the upcoming 12 months should complete the attached form and forward to the Club Secretary for receipt by 26th June 2019.

Sub-Committee Nominations
The workload to successfully manage all aspects of the club is always increasing, therefore having well motivated and passionate members on structured sub-committees is an important part of sharing the workload as well as effective management. If you would like to nominate for any of the listed sub-committees, please complete the attached form.
After celebrating our 90th year there is a lot to reflect on in acknowledging how far our club has come and those that have contributed to make it happen. Continued success of our on-field programs from t-ball to masters, an inclusive family culture and continued improvements to our facilities inside and out. Work is well underway towards making this summer a memorable one, so keep an eye out for details and how you can get involved.
