Community Relations Co-Ordinator
Community Relations Co-Ordinator is to serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries. We get inquiries from potential players, parents who want to know details, to suggestions and opportunities.
The estimated time commitment for this role is less than 1 hour a week.
Child Safety & Wellbeing Officer
The Child Safety & Wellbeing Officer is to the first point of contact for all safeguarding children and young people matters.
The estimated time commitment required as the Child Safety & Wellbeing Officer is a few hours collating information at the start of the season and then only minimal work during the season.
Grant Writing Co-Ordinator and Volunteers
Grant Writing Co-Ordinator is responsible for finding funding opportunities for the club and writing polished proposals to earn grant money. Their duties include researching deadlines, drafting grant requests and submitting reports for approval.
The estimated time commitment for this role is less than 1 hour a week (One submission might take longer - but they don’t come up too often - the more volunteers the better)
Social Media & Communications Co-Ordinator
The Communications and Social Media Co-Ordinator is responsible for:
Creating engaging and informative content for Club members.
Creating content and continuously updating the Club’s website and social media platforms.
Build a sense of belonging between the Club and its followers.
The estimated time commitment for this role is around 1 hour a week.
Volunteer Co-Ordinator
The role of the volunteer Co-Ordinator is co-ordinate all elements of volunteering within their club. Volunteer coordinators liaise with all areas of the club to determine their volunteer needs and then recruit volunteers to each of the roles. Another important function of a volunteer co-ordinator is to ensure that all volunteers have the knowledge, training and support required to undertake their nominated roles.
The estimated time commitment for this role is around 1 hour a week.
Scoreboard Co-Ordinator
The role of the Scoreboard Co-Ordinator is to organise volunteers to run the scoreboards on Harry Douglass field (D1), and Robert Milne field (D2).
The estimated time commitment for this role is around less then 1 hour a week.
Results Social Media Co-Ordinator
The Results Social Media Co-Ordinator is responsible for:
Creating content for Facebook/Instagram for the Results each week during the season.
The estimated time commitment for this role is around 1 hour a week.
Weekly Draw Social Media Co-Ordinator
The Weekly Draw Social Media Co-Ordinator is responsible for:
Creating content for Facebook/Instagram for the weekly draw each week during the season.
The estimated time commitment for this role is around 1 hour a week.
Sponsorship Co-Ordinator
The role of the Sponsorship Co-ordinator is to attract, service and retain Club sponsors.
The estimated time commitment for this role is around less than 1 hour a week.
Website Co-Ordinator
The role of the Website Co-ordinator is to ensure the website has up to date and engaging content.
The estimated time commitment for this role is less than 1 hour a week.
